Homemade curried winter vegetable soup
Smoked trout, caper and horseradish pate with toast and lime pepper mayo
Grilled goats cheese bruschetta with sun-dried tomatoes and cashew pesto
Breaded torpedo prawns with a sweet chilli dipping sauce
Blue cheese and garlic mushrooms on toasted ciabatta
Smoked chicken, olive and feta salad with sesame dressing



Main-Course

Fillet of hake with a roasted pepper and olive butter sitting on oven roasted vegetables
Chicken breast wrapped in Parma ham stuffed with sausage meat
and spring onions with rich gravy
Duck leg confit with a cranberry and orange scented jus on roasted new potatoes
Half shoulder of lamb with mashed potato and a rich rosemary and red wine jus
Belly of pork with black pudding on mash with an apple
and wholegrain mustard cream sauce
Roasted pepper stuffed with Moroccan tomato, butternut squash, fennel and courgette ragu topped with spicy smoked cheddar

Berry and gooseberry semi freddo (frozen mousse)
Apricot, toffee and white chocolate bread and butter pudding
